Stroll through our two orchards to pick apples or stone fruit. Check the home page, sign up for our newsletter or give us a call to see what fruit is ready, then pick the varieties that you want and as much as you want; pay by the pound on your way out!
Don't feel like picking? Visit our salesroom for hand-picked fruit, vegetables and other local offerings.
Take a hay ride through the orchard or to the pumpkin patch (weekends only, Labor Day through Columbus Day and sometimes later in October, weather dependent, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm).
Munch on some freshly-made cider donuts in Capt. Jack's Donut Shack (weekends only Labor Day though Columbus Day and sometimes later in October), coffee, cold and hot mulled cider.
Visit Fairy Village and build a Fairy House. Let your imagination run wild. Visit Gnome Depot for building materials or add to or use materials from another house.
Right next to Fairy Village you will find a few picnic tables to relax at or eat you lunch.
Conquer our Corn Maze! Can you figure out what we spelled out this year?
We do not allow dogs in the orchards BUT we have miles of trails you can hike with them. Ask in the front of the barn for a trail map!
One day, Captain Jack was visiting the farm animals and he stumbled upon a magical part of the forest where some woodland fairies and sprites had just recently moved. They were trying to build shelters before winter came, so Captain Jack helped them out by bringing down some tiny building supplies for them and opening the Fairy Village’s first ever “Gnome Depot”. Each fall the fairies come back and need help building their houses to stay warm throughout the winter. Spend some time outside, using your imagination, and help us take care of the Hanson Ridge Fairy Village!
Forward us a picture of your Fairy House and we will try to post it on this website.

Everyone says that the orchards in springtime during bloom are gorgeous. We happen to think that the orchards are gorgeous all year round! (The only tricky thing is the fickle New England weather). Call to make an appointment to look at the property and discuss details!
We do allow weddings with a fee based on the facilities you use and the amount of time you are here. The fee only covers the use of the property, time and facilities. Unfortunately, during our busiest times of the year we cannot host a wedding.
